Are there any restrictions on swearing? Or on bigotry?

You may swear as much as you like and you can be as bigoted as you like too! I couldn't care a fart!

You misunderstood me. I was not asking for permission to swear, but I was asking if you permitted people to swear and use bad language and be blasphemous. I disapprove of this. I have sometimes been called bigotted because I do not cuss and swear and use obscene language. If thats what being bigotted is then I am proid to be called one. Thankyou. Stanley.

Stanley, why not start your own website on proboards.com and invite people from Allpoetry who share your values to come to it? Then you people won't be annoyed by swearing and blasphemy and the blasphemous swearers won't be annoyed by your sort.

Never mind, Zilbs. I like Stanley - he is my resident bigot and silly old fart.

It has, of course, occurred to me that he might be a fictitious character played by some actor, since he probably wouldn't choose to be here were he real.

Too f*cking true, Mr Z. Too f*cking true. And before you whinge about the asterisks, I should say we have been advised that the Tea Party/CIA (same thing) are monitoring poetry sites looking for rude words and we want to stay below the m*th*rf*ck*ing radar.

Shouldn't that be "m*th*rf*cking" or "m*th*rf*ck*ng"?

Don't worry. "That is I think it's not too bad. / Let me take you down, 'cause I'm going to Strawberry Fields. / Nothing is real and nothing to get hung about. / Strawberry Fields forever."
The pandits say that so-called 'objective reality' is only Maya, an illusion.
