I am all for abortion since I hate children. However, due to my compulsive pedantry I cannot refrain from informing you, though it be a waste of time, that you misunderstand the Bible. Re Hosea 9 you would do better to cite verse 14 concerning miscarriages rather than verse 16 which refers to the death of children. But the important point is that the rules for humans do not apply to God. It is a sin to disobey God, but God doesn't have to worry about disobeying Himself, so nothing at all that He does can be a sin, even if it's absolutely atrocious. God does not permit humans to murder fetuses, but God can do so whenever He feels like it. This also explains verse 13:16.
As for the Genesis story, Judah was a sinner, so just because he did something that doesn't mean it's OK. God-fearing people always wait until after the birth when it comes to exec**ting pregnant women. But it is only fair to point out that Judah lived before Moses, so the Ten Commandments had not yet been given by God. Therefore Judah might not have realized that murder is a sin.

I too am all for abortion. Not so much on demand, but by simple request. Why should a lady with one up the spout need to demand? Just pop into the nearest abortion shop, pump it out and go out on the pull again!
