Just explained the abortion thing; here goes for rape. In the good old days wives had to obey husbands, so you couldn't possibly rape your wife -- it was her duty to put out. And slaves had to obey masters, so fucking your slave couldn't be rape. Soldiers were paid with such slaves when women were captured. It was all perfectly legal. Rape occurs only when you force a women to put out illegally.

Such were the good old days. Unfortunately, slavery is now illegal and wives are equals. Women cannot legally be forced to put out, so you have to hire whores.
